My license key doesn't work, what can I do ?

If your Zion Builder license is not working, there are a few things you can try:

1. Double-check that you have entered the correct license key. Make sure that you are using the correct key and that it is being entered correctly.

2. Check if your license key has expired. If you do not have an LTD license, your yearly subscription may have expired.

3. Check if you are using the correct account. Zion Builder licenses are tied to specific accounts, so make sure that you are using the correct account to activate the license in case you have more accounts.

4. Check if there are any console errors when you are trying to activate. Sometimes, there may be javascript errors caused by third-party plugins that are preventing the license key from registering.

5. Sometimes when migrating the project from an old URL to a new one. The license is valid and works, but the new URL of the site needs to be updated from your Zion Builder account. My Account – License Keys section – Manage Sites -> and there authorize a new site for your license by entering the full site URL.
